Ms. Selph is the Owner, Director, and STNA Program Coordinator of UHCS. She is also a Nurse Practitioner and owns several other businesses. Integrity and success is what she instills in our students both in the classroom and in life. She says, "Work hard and dream big. Success is a state of mind and you can do anything that you set your mind to!"

Ms. Spencer is our Assistant Director and Multi-Campus Director. She has 25+ years of team leadership and development. She manages all of our campuses in Ohio and Michigan. Ms. Spencer is influential to the academic success of our students. Her quote, "No one can stand in the way of your success except you. You don't regret what you do, but what you don't do."
